WHO WAS GURU PRASAD?
Guru Prasad was born on 02 November 1972 in Kanakapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka. He was an Indian actor, director in Knannada film industry. He started his career as director in year 2006 with film “Mata”. His second movie as director was “Eddelu Manjunatha“which also received Karnataka State Film Award for best screenplay. Both the films were selected for many awards of the film industry.
Guru Prasad not only directed movies, he was a great author of movies as well. He authored the movie –“Director’s Special”. He also wrote the script and dialogues for the show “Kannada Kotiyadhipati”
WHAT WAS THE CAUSE OF DEATH OF GURU PRASAD?
Guru Prasad was living in a apartment in Northern Bengaluru. The news of his death came to light when his neighbors sensed a foul smell from his flat and informed the police. Jurisdictional police rushed to the crime scene and found him hanged with ceiling fan in his room on 03 November 2024. When investigated further into the matter it was found that Guru Prasad had suffered financial losses which is said to be the possible factor which forced him to take such an extreme step. According to his security guard, Guru Prasad was living alone in the apartment since a year and had gone through suicidal tendencies many times. Jurisdictional police is investigating further into the matter and trying to collect more evidences to know the exact cause of his death and possible factors behind the incident.
