Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated Diwali with the armed personnel of Border Security Forces, Navy and personnel of Air Force on 31 October-2024, PM Modi offered sweets to armed personnel. He also visited the Statue of Unity in Ekta Nagar and paid floral tribute to to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his birth anniversary. PM Modi began his 02-day visit to Gujarat on 30-October-2024. He will be inaugurating and lay foundation of several infrastructural and developmental projects worth over ₹280 crore in Ekta Nagar, Narmada district. He will also administer the Ekta Diwas pledge and will be present during the Ekta Diwas Parade.
